Helping you from beginning to end

Brief

We will work with you to understand your needs and requirements along with the aims and objectives of the project. Once we have gathered all the information, a brief will be passed to our expert design team to create a concept for you. Your dedicated account manager will guide you through this process, ensuring you stay updated with consistent contact and progress updates.

Concept Design

Our design team will use cutting-edge technology to help deliver a custom-made packaging concept and POS that will resonate with your customers and brand. In this stage, you’ll be shown a variety of innovative designs that you can select from as your final concept. Our team will work hard to create an optimal packaging or POS design and structure that minimises waste, materials, and costs.

Print Layout and Artwork Design

If you already have artwork designed, we will send you a template for the printable areas of the packaging for you to set your artwork onto. As part of our in-depth service, we can also create brand-new artwork if you’re unsure about what you want. Our expert team will help you by checking that your artwork fits correctly into the cutter guide of your packaging or POS. Once you are happy with your packaging or POS we can produce a digital mock-up of what the finished product will look like to allow you to see the physical sample and asses its impact.

Prototypes

With the design and artwork approved, we’ll create a physical packaging prototype that you can share with your stakeholders or test with potential customers in focus groups. A prototype will let you see, feel and assess your packaging in great detail and ensure it showcases your brand before moving on to production.

Manufacturing

We always complete strict quality checks to ensure your packaging is sturdy and easy to assemble. Quality checks are run before and during production so we can ensure you will receive your packaging and POS of high standards. Depending on your time scale, we can offer short lead times and express manufacturing.

Delivery

Once your bespoke packaging is ready, we will arrange the delivery at the most convenient time. Your packaging or POS will be packed following our shipping arrangements. If you need a repeat order or have a question on receipt of your goods, our friendly team will always be at hand to help.
